Change Back Gound Colour Of 1 Out Of 3 Elements

Hi there,

Im using Luxavista Template, I have my header set as 2+7+3.

The 3rd element I want to change the back ground colour of. How can I make this possible? If it is a CSS file I need to change which one would it be?
