Hello Ghada Zoubi,

Apolozy for the inconvenience. I have updated the SP Author Archive to the latest version, but the issue still persists. I have also informed the developer about the problem and will update you as soon as I receive a resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

Apolozy for the inconvenience caused. The warnings related to SP Page Builder are normal during the update process and should not cause any significant issues. The problem may be due to another factor.

If you have a full site backup, would it be possible for me to attempt the update for you? If that is not feasible, could you create a subdomain or subdirectory with the site for testing purposes? This will help identify and resolve the issue without affecting the live site.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the error you are encountering. The issue appears to be related to the current PHP memory limit, which is insufficient for the script's requirements. To address this, I recommend contacting your hosting provider and requesting an increase in the memory limit to at least 256M or higher, depending on the specific demands of your website. This adjustment will help prevent memory exhaustion errors and ensure smoother operation.

Additionally, I suggest updating your PHP version to 8.2. The newer version offers significant performance improvements and enhanced compatibility with modern applications, which can contribute to a more stable and efficient environment for your website.

Once these updates are implemented, please test your site to confirm the issue is resolved. If you continue to face any challenges, feel free to get in touch for further assistance.

Best regards
