Can you please check the following Invest Template on the following URL (See hidden content). The ressources (js, pictures etc.) being only loaded if Joomla site is in debug mode...

I checked the site (www.claus-fischbach.de) and found no errors in the Console or Network tabs for your issues like indicating resources loading only in debug mode. All JS, CSS, and images appear to load correctly without debug mode enabled.

Please double-check your template settings or caching. If you see different behavior, share details or screenshots, and I’ll assist further.
