SP Page Builder Pro Only Works In Debug Mode

Hello!

I recently installed a Joomla site and successfully used the SP page builder pro to build the site. However when I was about to go live with the site I noticed that I am only able to access the SP page tools if I have the system debug mode enabled in Joomla.

I really don't want to have that enabled for the production site. I tried clearing caches and what not but can't seem to be able to figure out why this happens.

To reproduce, try to open any of (Pages, Media Manager, EasyStore or Settings) from the SP Page Builder Pro section under the components menu.

All works fine, as it seems if I enable debug mode on system level.

Hello!

The issue seems to be fixed, but what was the issue? As I would want to fix it on my local installation as well.

It was an issue with the database probably. Please take the backup and use it on your localhost.

Hello Henrik Grankvist

Apology for the inconvenience. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Best regards

Hello!

Sorry for taking some time fixing the backup.

I just tried this one and it has the problem I described above, meaning that the sp page builder backend things don't work unless I put the site into debug mode. Debug is off in the backup.

Kind regards

The backup is in JPA format. Please go to Akeeba Backup configuration and change file type to ZIP. Then take the backup again and share the ZIP file.

My issue was related to gzip. For anyone else that may experience this.
