Can't Save License Details

Hi,

I just installed "unei" via quickstart, so far, so good.

While trying to enter and save my credentials for my license (Developer), I'll just get the error message "Request failed with status code 403". The system will not save my data and therefore I can't use the Pro-features.

On every other website it just works fine.

Any help very appreciated! THX

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please enable debug mode on the system -> global configuration-> system and set error reporting to the maximum level on the server? Once done, check for the error and provide screenshots if possible.

If the issue persists, kindly share your admin credentials in a secure format (e.g., hidden content). Before doing so, please ensure you take a backup of your site.
