Invoices / Customer Emails Inconsistent

  1. Can emails to customers and admins only be generated on paid invoices?

  2. customer / admin emails do not provide the shipping or billing addresses

  3. printing customer invoices in the backend doesn't break down the products in detail and leaves out the product options like color or size.

please help in fixing this as it happens on all the stores I manage

Thanks for your thoughtful suggestions. Here are my investigation results.

  1. Sorry, it can't be possible for now. I will forward it to the developer team. They will review and add this option if found appropriate.
  2. Shipping Address can be shown in Customer Email and Admin Email. I will ask the developer team to add Billing Address too. prnt.sc/e6xApycGgJeV
  3. The developer team is already informed about the issue.
