Feature Request: More Flexibility For The Table Addon Columns

This post is for Helix Ultimate Version: 2.1.1, SPPB Version: 5.4.4, Joomla Version: 5.2.3, no Template is used.
Hello Support Team, if i use the table addon i have no possibility to change one column width without using CSS.

I can only use Padding in the Table Addon for example to set the distance left & right to 100px but then it looks odd because all columns are affected.

It is not possible to change for only 1 column the width behaviour. For example i want that the first column is 25% in width because there is less text, 50% for the second column because there is much text and 25% for the last column. I could go into each cell and add a padding.

This is for small tables no problem but for a table with 50+ rows this is no good solution.

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.
I have checked the Table addon. You can set different width to different columns. You have to set it on the Table Header (the first row of the table). This will be maintained on the whole table. I have taken a screencast to demonstrate the procedure:

Here I have set Number of Columns to 1+4+6+1=12. You can set maximum 12 columns for the row. So, I divided like this. I hope you understand the process and checked the front view. Let me know if you need further help on the issue.
