Apolozy for the inconvenience. You can edit or remove the text using Joomla's Language Overrides feature. The relevant language constants are:

  • Title: COM_SPMEDICAL_MAKE_AN_APPOINTMENT_TITLE
  • Description: COM_SPMEDICAL_MAKE_AN_APPOINTMENT_DESC

You can customize the text as per your preference through the Language Manager in your Joomla admin panel.
