I recently installed the Page Builder plugin (version 5.4.5) on a Joomla 3.10.12 installation. Everything seems to be working fine, but when I visit a newly published page, I get a 404 error as shown in this video: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/iyn5l9vf8j5juk3aj7k0y/Desktop-17-01-2025-16-45-26.mp4?rlkey=uhsifrebtl906crvqbnn63vbq&dl=0

Hola Alejandro,

Don't get me wrong, but oficial support of Joomla 3.10 ended in 2023 (!) About SPPB please read >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements

That is not supported anymore. Our SPPB 5 was built mostly for Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 as you can read in documenation. That's why read again what I wrote before.

Sorry, but all Joomla Upgrade problems are beyond our support. Please hire somebody from your city/country for that task.

Hello, I finished the upgrade of my Joomla installation to version 4.4.10 so I was wondering if you could test now if the plugin is working fine or not in the site https://escuelaindecopi.com/administrator

I also have the impression that there is a problem with the template currently active The template that I was using before is Shaper_Educon

You have problem with one page or all of them?

If you have Educon template, please update to new version (!) you should have Educon V4.0.2
