An Error Has Occurred. 1054 Unknown Column 'facebook_url' In 'field List'

The following error occurs after I have upgraded to the latest version of the template and sp lms package on my test website.

It happens when trying to save content items or when I am saving new menu items (so far)

An Error Has Occurred. 1054 Unknown Column 'facebook_url' In 'field List'
