Change Order In SP Simple Portfolio

Hi, is there a way of ordering the display of products by title in Simple Portfolio
See screenshot attached.
the very last item is the 12th item - but shows first as the Item ID is the lowest.
I have a similar problem on another site ...

I dont seem to have that option - do I need to download and install the portfolio again ...
If I do this - will I lose the current items in the portfolio ?

I have added the website below and log in details.
At this stage I have not made a back up - will an Akeeba back up be OK ?
I tried to upgrade SP Simple Portfolio - but it created errors on the site - so I reinstalled the older version.
Is there an option to add some code to display the items in order ?

Things still arent right on the back end
When I click on a menu item - I get an error
Error An error has occurred. 0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array Return to Control Panel
It also is the same when trying to click on Articles

Accepted AnswerOK Thanks, the order is still not correct when showing the trophies. I presume the on;ly way of getting the site to work properly is to upgrade to Joomla 5
