Site Not Available Since Update 5 Mins Ago

SP Page Builder 9 months ago

Hello, I updated to the latest version of page builder 5 mins ago and since that, my page is not avilable actually. Backend login works, but not going into the page builder. I get a "Something went wrong" with a "Request failed with status code 500" Pages with no page builder content (blog) is available. Link in the hidden content. Happy to receive help :-)

Hi Holger,

from what I see problem is releated with acymailing component.

Table 'dbs13271932.usb8j_acymailing_list' doesn't exist

As First Aid solution:

  1. Disable Acymailing component and all its plugins.
  2. Make sure that used by you AM version was a new one, not very old.
  3. Reinstall SP Page Builder again
  4. Clear Joomla cache
  5. Clear browser cache.

Interesting, that its not possible to open the SP page builder in the backend. I will try your tips tomorrow and send a feedback.

You say the problem is on acy's part. Acy sais, that it's your problem :-) I love those situations. Acy send me a quick help with changing a little bit of code. It is working again.
