The file sppagebuilderloadmodule.xml could not be found.

Hi. Everytime I update SP Page Builder on my website it gives me a 404 error and crashes the backend. When I reinstalled a backup and go to the extensions, when I click on "plg_sppagebuilder_loadmodule" plugin I get this message:

An error has occurred. The file sppagebuilderloadmodule.xml could not be found.

Could you please tell me how to fix this issue so I can update Pagebuiler.

Running Joomla 5.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please provide us with a backup of your site? This will allow us to test the issue in our environment and identify the root cause of the problem. Let us know if you need any assistance in generating the backup.
