Question About Sticky Topbar And Header Together- In Shaper_estate Template

Hi Team,
In the shaper_estate template, the sticky header is running as expected. We know that the sticky behavior is only for "HEADER" with logo and menu, but our case needs to have sticky Top-bar (a promotion Ad) and header together when scroling. Is it possible to do that?
In this case, we have added top section in the layout, the top-bar is between top and header, but when top-bar is made sticky by using css code, the 3 sections are messed-up (top/top-bar/header), could you please give any suggestion to make top-bar and header sticky together, but top section is not?

Custom Header! Using Layout features you can build also your own, custom header. But remember to use the "header" name for the "logo + menu" row to still have a sticky header. And of course, disable the Predesigned header (from the Basic - Header section).

- https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/custom-header Custom Header based on File section + may be some CSS.
- Via CSS only. In this case, only volunteers can help you. The best place for such a question is forum.joomla.org.
Or hire someone for this work.
