Hello:
I have been asked to replicate some features from a website my client has seen. On this website, the home page has a parallax navigation on the right side of the page using dots that upon hovering on the Title slides out and the menu jumps to an anchor #id-name on the page.

I created a module right-nav-home, added navigation, used an icon for the dot and attempted to add it to the homepage in pagebuilder, but that is not working. I am unsure of how to make it a moving part of the entire homepage. i aattempted to add it to the layout in template styles, but was unsuccessful as well.
If you could provide some insight into how to set up a parallax menu, I would appreciate it very much.
