SP Page Builder 8 months ago

Hello everyone and developers. Thank you for the quick response and the SP Page Builder update to version 5.5.2, which fixes the 404 redirect problem.

I didn't dare report another big problem, because I thought you had noticed it.

The problem persists in the SEO options. In the open graph Image area, I can select the image, but it doesn't allow me to fill in the Alt Text. If I insert the image, I try to fill in the alt text, in addition to not typing the characters, it deletes the image selected above.

If you want I can show it to you in a video because this happens on 80 websites that I manage.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

I'll give you access to one of the many websites that have the problem. But it happens on all the ones I manage.

You can access Page builder, open any page created (I usually use frontend) and then in the options, select a random image, and then try to write the alt image. You will notice that the field does not fill in, and the image disappears.
