Page Showing On Google That Cant Be Found On The Server Side

Hi,
I am currently making a new site, and am working on making sure that people can navigate to the home page as intended. However, when I search for the site, there are two top results - home and an about us page. Clicking the home page button however takes you to the following page - https://smartkpi.co.uk/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=page&id=99 which is incorrect. I have this page elsewhere on my site, with a new URL and a menu item assigned, therefore this should not be showing.
I have tried unpublishing the article this refers too, and it is still appearing when you search for it which doesnt seem right - it almost seems like this is hidden somewhere on my site and I need to get rid of it.
I have also checked the trash section in SP Pagebuilder and there is nothing there so it cannot be that either, any help would be much appreciated,

It’s possible that in one of the add-ons, you’re using this type of link to the page.
I don’t know why the Joomshaper developers added this highly problematic feature. But it should never be used.
Additionally, download the Xenu desktop app and check all the links on your website (for check, your site should be online and have public access). You’ll easily find the page where this link is present.
Also check these options in Joomla's general settings

Yes, never use this option.
This creates exactly those kinds of URLs that are not suitable for SEO.
