Timeout For Sp Page Builder "page"

timeout error when opening "sp page builder -> page"

Hello. I no longer access to "page" of sp page builder that after much turn goes the timeout. The version is pro 3.8.10 and until a few days ago it worked. How can I unlock? Suggestions? Thank you Paolo

Bruno, please also:

  1. Update Joomla to 4.4.11
  2. Compare PHP settings > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements. If you have to, increase value for PHP: max_input_time (90 or more) and max_execution_time = 300
  3. More details can give you Server Error log if all worked well a few days ago.
