Display Featured Articles And Non Featured In Different Carousel

I still don't get it why the filter "Featured only" is in the "order" dropdown. I would like to place two article carousels, one with featured items and one with all BUT no featured items. How can i achieve this?

Apolozy for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the option to create separate article carousels for featured and non-featured items isn't currently available. I understand how important this feature would be for your project, and I’ve submitted it as a feature request to our development team for future consideration.
