I'm having the exact same problem as this person - https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/22818

I'm setting up the template on my development site here - https://thereallygreatsite.ca/AlHattie and I set up a module in the menu-right position named MySGI button. It's an image with a link added to it but it is not showing up at all.

I followed the instructions and changed the column widths as advised, but this stilll did not help. Can you please help? The client needs to take a look at everything tomorrow and I can't get this to work correctly.

That's really wierd. I've been working on the site all day today and it's working correctly in Firefox. I'm in the administrator panel right now without any issues. I just can't seem to share a screenshot with you in this box.

Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that you are using a predefined header. However, the default header design of the Ensure template is built using the Layout Builder, which includes the menu-right position prnt.sc/q4Xk8Udb1rQj. The predefined headers, on the other hand, do not support the menu-right position. As a result, any module published in this position will not be displayed.

To resolve this, you may consider either switching to the Layout Builder header. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Best regards

Regarding the issue with administrator profile with other browsers than Firefox, why would that be happening? I set up Joomla and the template with the Ensure quickstart file for Joomla 5, I only installed JCE, Akeeba and the Hcaptcha plugin for software. I did update the Joomla version to the most recent version before I started editing the template to make sure that it was as up to date as possible. Why would there be any issues with accessing the administrator backend from this setup? I have to say this is not the first time I have had issues using a JoomShaper quickstart file, is it better to just setup Joomla & the template without using the Quickstart file?

This issue is not related to any JoomShaper product. Our products, including the frontend template and SP Page Builder, are designed specifically for frontend functionality and do not interfere with Joomla's administrator access. The problem you are experiencing may be due to a Joomla core issue or a configuration conflict.

I recommend checking Joomla's official documentation or seeking assistance from the Joomla forum, where the community can provide insights into potential causes and solutions. Additionally, verifying browser console errors and clearing cache/cookies may help identify the issue.

Thank you for your understanding.
