SP Page Builder's Problem

Hi!

I'm working with Page Builder and the Investa template. I had already made several changes to the home page. These changes were already reflected in the frontend. I exited the component (I saved before doing so) to make some changes to the menu and when I came back in all the changes were lost. It returned to the original state of the template (I installed the full version).

It is a fresh installation and has no other modules or components, only the ones that come with the template package.

Why did this happen? How can I avoid it? I'm working on Joomla 5.2.4

Apolozy for the inconvenience. This behavior is unexpected. Could you please provide more details about the steps you followed? After saving the page, did you preview it (not just in the frontend editor but the actual page itself)? Additionally, did you make any changes to the menu that might have affected the home page assignment?

Yes, the changes were displayed directly on the page. I had already made a number of changes and they were all displayed correctly. I only changed the name of a menu and when I returned, the changes were not displayed in the Page Builder system.

But there was some kind of desynchronization. The original parameters (images, texts) were returned in the system. But the texts and images I had placed were still visible in the frontend. After refreshing a few times, what was in the Page Builder system was displayed. These kinds of changes are reflected instantly.

This had already happened to me, but not on a page, but in a module built with Page Builder. It was in Joomla 4.9 and every time you clicked on the "Save" option, the changes were not saved and a previous version returned. But if you clicked on the "Save and Close" option, the changes were saved. I attributed it at the time to the Joomla version, but apparently it is not the case. I never found the cause.

Any idea?

Could you provide a screen recording of the issue?

The problem is that it doesn't always do this; some changes were saved. But I'll try to make the video with other installations I have.
