PagebuilderPro Text Box Changes Not Updating

I am using J5 with PagebuilderPro "Text Box" changes not updating. I am making changes to a website in the admin side of pagebuilderpro with the expanded window the chages are saved to the small side bar right side view but when I save save and then show preview no chages are updated? Please only send real acurate answers not maybe I think I need to update this site yesterday and I do not have a lot of time.

Like I said it comes and goes depending on which site I am on TODAY the menu appears on Bensonscampground but NOT on badgerUG.com I have todays image I do not see aplace to upload it here?

It has taken you way to long to provide an answer, I have customers that need things fixed ASAP. I have found a different pagebuilder with awesome support. I changing all sites to that builder plus I get questions answered in 24 hrs or less. I will not be renewing.
