PAYPAL Order Email Notification PROCEDURE

EasyStore 6 months ago

Good morning, at the moment Easystore sends an order confirmation email to the administrator with the status "unpaid" before the PayPal payment is completed. For PayPal orders, we would like to receive the email only after the payment has been successfully completed.

However, it is correct to receive the order confirmation email for bank transfer payments even if the payment has not yet been made.

Thank you.

Hello claudia,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. You can turn off this email notification for the admin. Then you will not get order confirmation email. This is the only option we have now.

Hello I have found that the issue I reported had already been identified by other users as far back as four months ago. A member of your team had already promised an implementation to address it.

Toufiq- Senior Staff - 4 months ago -#172509 "I have reviewed your concerns, and I understand the confusion around the order placement confirmation. The first email should not be labeled as a confirmation. Instead, it should state that "your order has been placed". Once the payment is successfully processed, we will send a follow-up email confirming the order. I hope developer team will improve it. Thanks"

EASYSTORE customers and resellers are waiting for a IF / THEN / ELSE integration on PAYMENT MODULE The store owner should have the ability to configure which emails are sent (PAID / NOT PAID) and at what time.

Ofi Khan "You can turn off this email notification, but this is not the response we have been waiting for over four months"

best regards

I have talked with Mr. Toufiq about the issue.

You can change the Email Body text. You can use words like in this example.

Then it will not look like order confirmation. It will work as order placed email.

You also have option to turn this off for admin.
