Issues With The PRO Version

Hello,

I have purchased and installed the PRO version of your script (downloaded from my account on your website), but I am experiencing several issues:

There is no field to enter the license number in the admin panel, so many components still prompt me to purchase a paid version.

Demo pages can be edited, but when I create a new page, it cannot be saved — an error appears. Please note that mod_security is disabled in the .htaccess file, as you can verify.

I have attached access details and a short video demonstrating the issue.

I would appreciate your help in resolving these problems.

The solution was to disable the CDN service provided by the hosting provider, as it enforces stricter firewall rules by default to prevent bots from accessing the site.

Hi

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. Please Clear your Joomla Cache then you can see the license field. It seems ok in my end.

And make sure you have inserted the correct email address and license key. Your license key is located on your dashboard.

Hello, Thank you very much.

The license issue has been resolved by clearing the cache on the hosting provider’s side. However, my second issue remains unresolved: I still cannot save new content, even though existing content can be edited and saved without problems.

This issue is also shown in the video I sent earlier. How can this be fixed? The problem persists.

I have also tried using different browsers, but the problem persists. I can edit and save previously created content, but I still cannot create and save new content.

As mentioned earlier, this issue is demonstrated in the video I sent. Could you please advise on how to resolve it?
