My client might well be able to use this bundle - but we need to collect addresses itemized per their series of webinars.

In that case you have to use DIFFERENT contact module there, and that's all. It means 15 min more for you (or at least that's what it takes for me).
Our Contact addon nor Form Builder addon do not keep/collect e-mails, only send messages.
OR you can use AcyMailing extension if you need newsletter form etc.
