I used TAB element in my web page and I make this effect https://incluyendomexico.mx/index.php/es/acciones/educacion

When you select a text the image change, but now I magrate to newer SP Page Builder and I can not do that whit Tab Element. How can I make the same effect o something like this.

Apology for the inconvenience. I have checked your reference website, which uses the Knight template. This template includes an override for the Tab addon, allowing the image to change when selecting a tab.

If you want to achieve the same effect in another template, you will need to transfer the addon override. Please refer to the following blog post for detailed instructions: How to Use SP Page Builder Addon from One Joomla Template to Another.
