Short question,

Are there known issues when updating Joomal 4.4.12 to 5.2.5 PHP Version 8.1.30

Using SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.10 -> 5.3.2 System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.1.1 -> 2.1.2 System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.1.1 -> 2.1.2 Shaper_wayne_corp 2.0.0

Or is there some step by step info.

There is neither common issues nor any guideline. You can start from anywhere to update. Just keep a full site backup, then update Joomla, Helix Ultimate plugin, Wayne Corp template, SP Page Builder. You might need some minor adjustments.
