Email Notification {order_date} Variable Wrong Time UTC+0 Insteda UTC+2

The order notifications display the correct date but the wrong time — they show UTC+0 instead of UTC+2 variable {order_date}. How can we fix the timestamp so it reflects the correct order time? In the 'Orders' panel in Easystore, the orders show the correct time. Thank you!"

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I have reviewed the issue regarding the order notifications displaying the correct date but an incorrect time (UTC+0 instead of UTC+2). After investigation, I can confirm that this is indeed a known issue.

Our development team has been informed, and a fix will be implemented in a future update. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on resolving this.

If you have any further questions or need assistance in the meantime, please feel free to reach out.

Warm regards

Thank you for your reply.

However, I must say that your message feels a bit like a non-answer. If this is a known issue and you are already aware of both the problem and the solution, why isn’t the fix being made available now instead of postponing it to a future update?

This is something that directly affects order management and communication with our customers, so we would greatly appreciate a more concrete timeline or even a temporary workaround we can apply in the meantime.

Looking forward to your feedback. best regards

The functionality works correctly under Guest User mode. However, when the administrator manually confirms the payment received via check, the notification is being sent in English.

Please check this behavior locally on your environment, and kindly avoid testing directly on my production website.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To investigate the issue further—specifically the language of the notification sent after manual payment confirmation—I would need to review your current settings. Could you kindly provide temporary administrator access so I can check the configuration?

Please rest assured that I will not run any tests or make any changes directly on your production site.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I’ve attempted to replicate the issue in my local environment, but so far, everything is working as expected on my side. The notification is being sent in the correct language after manual payment confirmation.

To help us investigate further, could you please share a short screen recording demonstrating the issue on your end? This will greatly assist us in identifying any specific conditions that may be affecting your setup.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards
