Once more i bring you a suggestion based on Flexicontent.... look, they have a map module to display items based on geolocation informations !! Please do same for next update ! Thanks

About Dynamic Content, dont make your life coplicated, just take all what Flexicontent does ( geolocation field, 3d viewer....) and adapt to your page builder !
