Hi, there is a way to have Ordering of articles how joomla blog "Featured Articles Order"?

I mean not by data, but manual order into Content / Featured Articles with arrow up

Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to this question yet. Perhaps at the end of the month, but this is just wishful thinking.
