Urgent : Unable To Add Product To Cart

Hello, it is impossible for customers to add a product to the shopping cart. For some reason, the basket is already displaying a quantity of 6 products. Impossible to remove them, impossible to add a product.

This issue typically occurs when the website is hosted on a server with dynamic caching enabled. We kindly recommend contacting your hosting administrator to disable dynamic caching and also clear the cache from cPanel.

Hello, I've contacted godaddy technical support and on the server side there's nothing to report. I have a site on the same server that works fine with Easystore 1.4.7. under Joomla 5.2.6.

could you investigate further on your side to see what's wrong? thank you.

Hi, i disable the cache on my godaddy server and product are now add on the cart.
