This post is for Helix Ultimate Version: 2.1.2, SPPB Version: 5.5.4, Joomla Version: 5.2.6, no Template is used.

If i create a SPPB Page and set for example the Access Level to Special, this Access Level is not beeing transferd to the Joomla Menu after i select "Add to Menu" in the SPPB Pages Overview.

Joomla Menu: https://i.imgur.com/VMYdYYZ.png

Expectation: When adding the SPPB Page to the Joomla Menu the Access Level should be also transfered.

Hello BOFHJunior,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

Yes, your words are logical. SP Page Builder access level should be carried to menu item. I will share the idea with the team so that they can figure a way out for this. It will take some time.

Best regards

Apology for the inconvenience. I had reported the issue to the developer team when I got it. Unfortunately, the issue still remains. I have asked the team to give the issue priority and fix it on the next release. The rest is up to the developer team's decision.

You can keep the ticket open or closed.

Hello Ofi, was this issue not fixed with SPPB Version 5.7.1 on 22 July 2025 "Corrected ACL behavior for the "Add to Menu" option"?

It is fixed. Now you can add any page in the menu item with public (default) ACL. The menu will be public but the page will be visible according to page ACL.

For example, a page is set to Registered and you add it to a menu item. Then menu item will be public. Public can see the menu item and click on to go the page. But the page is not visible as the user is public (not registered).
