Dynamic Details Page Display Issue

Can someon provide me an answers as to how I remove the "(empty image place holder) dynamic content image" error display when the field has no value? PHP error display is off. I know you can place a blank space in the dynamic text field default value to suppress the display, the image field doens't appear to have an option.
I thought I could remove it by using a reference image from another collection and leaving the entry blank, that didn't solve it.

Accepted AnswerThanks, I've added a blank image as a selection in the collection as a work around. Not real user friendly for my end customer.

Accepted AnswerWith the image field empty in the collection item, it produces the afore mentioned error. This only appears to be happening with dynamic images.
As I mentioned, I attempted to work around this initially by moving the record out as a referrence record, that did not help either. Only by using a blank image file as the record item value was I able to work around this. The ability to place a blank space in the dymanic text default entry in the page design works for text, but isn't available for images. I would like to be able to suppress the error displayed on the page without adding a blank image to every single record. This is only going to confuse and cause issues with staff that have light duty support of the site.
It would be great to see this updated in the next update. Thank you.

Accepted AnswerI just confirmed this is also happening with blank entires for video fields. Blank images will not work for these?
Can you please provide a workaround or solutions to this field?
