Many “301 Redirects” Prevent My Website From Loading

Hello, I use the template Megainc and Joomla 5.x. It works with the operating system Windows 10 with the browsers Chrome, Mozilla and Edge. It does not work with Brave under Windows 10. It also does not work with IOS and the Safari and Chrome browsers.

It says the page cannot be loaded because there are too many redirects. I have checked that. There are “301 redirects”. 19 of them. I only recognize one discrepancy and that is that the address to ......de/en is displayed although the page is in German. I hope someone can help me. I am at a loss. Best regards Imservan

Thank you for reaching out. I just checked your site URL under the Macbook google chrome, Safari, Brave browser and ios device safari, google chrome. Your site loaded properly without any problem.

Thank you for the quick response. My customer was approached by several customers about the error. I myself have seen the error on Safari. My host writes the following
