Thank you for the reply. I was updating on a MAMP server not to effect the live site.

I will need to put this on a temporary server for you. Once I have done this I will give you creditials.

I was also hoping to update it to J4 or 5.. as well, but when I do this as well... it breaks the site as the original author has not update the template to J4, it's still 3.9.

The error I get is = "Error Unable to detect manifest file."

Anyway, thanks for the assistance.. will let you know the Login details once I have done this for you.

Sorry for the late reply... but I have done a work around, using another 3rd party plugin for the CONTACT FORM, so I could insert the 'Cloudfare' recaptcha, but I would like to take this site to J4 or 5. I would much prefer just to use SPPB, but there is no option for Cloudfare in my ver 3.

Indeed Cloudfare Turnstile plugin and support for that is ONLY for Joomla 4/5 and SPPB 5.5.x

And nobody will do it for not supported Joomla 3.10 for obvious reasons. I am not sure if you saw, but even updates for J3.10 CMS are extra paid, delivered by one company.

if you have to keep Joomla 3 by now, use ReCaptcha and extra anti-spam plugins.

I’ve checked your website and found that the template you’re using is not developed by JoomShaper. Additionally, it appears that this template overrides some of the SP Page Builder addons, which may affect their default behavior and compatibility.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support for third-party templates. I recommend reaching out to the template developer to confirm if an updated version is available for Joomla 4 or 5.

Thank you for your reply. I did reach out the 3rd party, (several times) and they used SPPB to build the whole site, but unfortunately they have not responded... after contacting them. I guess I will just keep trying to get a response from them, but I do not like my chances.

Thank you for your help... I just wish it would update to J4 / 5 ... so I can use SPPB but it seems there is no way to do this. :(

Maybe those extra addons they added you may even don't need. Or you can find local freelancer (in your city) who can fix its code for $.

Yes, thank you for the recommendation, but I do not know any Freelancers... but I'm sure there are many in Australia where I am located... which maybe something I need to follow up on... but my only worry is as Joomla keeps being updated, that I will continue to pay this Freelancer ongoing is future updates could cause issues, as I may be better just to start from scratch using a Joomshaper Template... (even though this current site is fully built on an older version of SPPB)

WORK AROUND: In regard to how I did a work around to use Cloudfare, if someone else is in the same position... even though the current version of SPPB 5.3.4 - will not work on J3.10, I found a component (Convert Forms) that does have the Cloudfare 'Turnstile option' for recaptcha, as the SPPB 3.8.7 ... only has the Google Recaptcha option.

Yes, Convert Form is very trusted form builder from sunny Greece. I use it for many years, also inside SPPB by its module. And indeed it include many captcha options, also v3 and mentioned. Even his Free (Core) version do the job :)
