Thank you for your message. To achieve the result where the featured image appears only in the blog list view and not at the top of the full article view, please add the following CSS code to your Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

.view-article .article-feature-gallery{
    display: none;
}

This will hide the featured gallery image on the single article (detailed) view, while keeping it visible in the blog listing view.
