Unable To Send Emails Via Gmail SMTP On Joomla – Test Mail Not Working

Dear Suppport Team,
I am currently unable to send emails from my Joomla website lailatraveltour.com, despite correctly configuring the Gmail SMTP settings. I followed the official steps carefully:
Gmail Setup: Enabled 2-Step Verification
Generated an App Password specifically for Joomla
Used that 16-digit password in the SMTP configuration
Joomla SMTP Configuration: Mailer: SMTP
From Email: [my Gmail address]
From Name: [website name]
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: tried both 465 (SSL) and 587 (TLS)
SMTP Authentication: Yes
SMTP Username: [my Gmail address]
SMTP Password: [16-digit App Password]
Issue: When I try to send a test email (via contact form or backend), nothing happens—no email is sent, and I don't receive any error message either. I’ve tested both ports (465 with SSL and 587 with TLS) without success.
Could you please advise what might be wrong or if there are any hosting-level restrictions (e.g., SMTP blocking)? I’m using Joomla Last version and hosted on GoDaddy.

I can see that you’ve configured your Gmail SMTP settings correctly, but the test email is not working.
Please double-check your App Password. When entering it, make sure there are no spaces between the characters.
