You have to create a new check-box field, add form name into Mail Body, then disable default Private Policy.

okay I did it.

it doesn't look so good like the original one and It is not possible to deposit a link in the sentence - I f I do I get an error message "spp addon...."

Do you have in mind to make an real Policiy checkbox for EU people?

Hi, You can set it different way (2 minutes task):

1. Create custom PRivate Policy field (checkbox)
2. Set it mandatory field

After nobody would be able to send message without checkbox yes, and you will get info that he agreed, of course, if you would add this field into Body Content area.

BTW

But to be honest, even right now nobody set send messages without checkbox [x] and you can put static text inside Body: "I agree to Private Policy....."

Is this legal, seems to be OK. I have been using such method for 2 years in EU. The law doesn't define how this should work, just what text should be displayed.

I did it, like Rashida Rahman said. Creating a new item. No prob.

Even I can not put a link to my Datenschutz-side. (because of the spp-error)

My thouhgt is that I have to prove - if I get a warning by attorney (and that is possible in Germany, I do not kidding) that my clients did notice my Policy. I have no Proof.

But I think, I don't want to discuss german Laws - My question was only if you make your great possibility to switch on the Private Policiy so that I have it in my email message too.
