Yes it will be possible, but the process will be a bit complicated.

You will have to create a new module and the type of this module will be random image. You will have to create a new folder where you will place the logo image & this folder location will be inserted in the module. You can place any web link or address there too. Also, it will be necessary to chose a Position for this module as pointed by the arrow, Kindly check the first screenshot below.

In Helix ultimate layout, you will have to increase the number of columns in the Header row as per your requirement. Kindly check out the screenshot below, an extra column "Position 12" has been inserted here & this "Position 12" is the module that has been created earlier.

In order to make everything responsive, you might need to use some Custom CSS as well.
