SP Page Builder: Teams Carousel - Possible To 'hide' Items As Opposed To Deleting Them?

Feature Request 3 months ago

I'm using the Teams Carousel to display a carousel of sponsor logos for an annual event. From year to year it's often the same sponsors but they don't always confirm their sponsorship until closer to the date of the event. So as things stand now, each year I'd have to remove the sponsor 'items', and then recreate each sponsor 'item' as sponsorships are confirmed. To avoid deleting and readding items, It would be extremely useful to have the abiity to hide items temporarily and then 'show' them again as needed. Would this be possible?

Hello Heather,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

As you already know that it is not possible in current version. I will ask the developer team to add this feature on the upcoming version. I hope that the team will consider this.

Best regards

Tip! As temporary solution:

Save current addon for later use or Dupliate addon and disable by now with all items.

Thanks Paul I appreciate you chiming in on this - I will definitely duplicate the add on next June when it's time to start promoting the 2026 event. But when sponsorship opens in June there's typically only 6 sponsors confirmed. By the time it closes in October, there's about 20 sponsors. And as I said it's often the same companies that sponsor the event. So if it was possible to 'hide' the 14 who haven't yet confirmed their sponsorship, and then enable them as they do, you can see how useful that would be!
