In general, all social share addons or modules that I know takes URL generated by Joomla itself.

Indeed in your case, maybe you only preview site from SPPB, not using Menu items strcuture, then indeed for Joomla that page had a long component "technical" alias, not short version.

Not all are possible, I mean not all platforms allowing Share. Both mentioned by you - Not - as I know. I have never seen those as social share links.

Anytime you can also install extra Social Share extension or wiget and use it. Check what you can find on JED.
