SP Page Builder 5.6.1 - Dynamic Content Pages Size Too Big

Hi,

I noticed that the pages with Dynamic Content take very long to load. I am working on an Event page and I have created many items, this may be a cause: https://prnt.sc/pEwMFY1z7A43 However I am not loading all of them on the page. Maximum 12 events and 12 Speakers, I don't think the items number is the cause.

Example. When enabling debug in Joomla I get: afterRenderComponent comsppagebuilder (24.66MB) (5.99s) And also: 1833 statements were executed, 1773 of which were duplicates, 60 unique It seems like a lot of queries at the database. This happens on a page with 12 events and 12 speakers (speakers are added as reference for events). Can you check this at your end?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I think it's not just a local issue. The website is not public, but I attached here a backup of it. I left Cassiopeia as default, I removed all other modules and I left some example pages where you can see the Dynamic Content issues. The issue is the same, you can see with debug.

Hi,

I am sorry, but you don't see the amount of time required for loading the page? Just look at the attached screenshot, it's clearly a heavy load on the page when using dynamic content. Also check the page speed report.

I expect the page to be more dense when using dynamic content, but not this much. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that refereces were used? Other dynamic content pages without reference load 2-3 times faster.

If you say there's nothing wrong, alright, I can accept this, but the reports do not lie. I am just trying to help make sppb better, I can go on without the dymanic content to be honest, but it's a very good feature and it would be a shame to not be able to use it because of its heavy load.

Reduce your image size first then check again.
