Hello, i am using open streetmaps - with multiple markers on it.

First - it is needed, to set the center longitude/latitude, so that all markers on one map should be in ths visable area ... (rather than showing a bigger area, that the user can see the markers all on onw view)

Then is it possible, to set. that the popup text will shown alwasy - popup open always?

Then - this seems to be a feature request - a button on the map to extract it to the whole screen.

Some plugins do have this - that a user can see the whole area on his screen to navigate ... ant there is the "X" to cloes it back to the standard view ... I think, this woule be a massive impact on user-friendly presentation ...
