Use Underscores Instead Of Dashes In Tags

In Joomla 4, I used to be able to save tag aliases with an underscore instead of a dash. I need this becase some of the tags are for people's names which sometimes have a dash in their name (like - Smith-Jones). I see this works in Joomla 5, but I need this in the meantime for Joomla 4.

Joomla 4 has an option to use Unicode for aliases:' • Log in to the Joomla administrator. • Go to System → Global Configuration. • Under the Site tab, expand the SEO Settings panel. Find Unicode Slugs (or Unicode Aliases in older versions) and set it to Yes.
