when i try to make a ROW Dublicate i have error Cannot set property Symbol(Symbol.species) of function Array() { [native code] } which has only a getter I use SP Page Builder pro, and Heliux template 3

The problem was solved by removing the third party link search plugin

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please take a full backup of your site and database first.

You may try to perform all the pending update works through Extensions>Manage>Update and then reinstall the SP Page Builder.

Let me know if these simple steps solves this or not.

If i will reinstal SpPageBuilder i will loat all my pages?

When reinstalling, SP PB pages are not lost. But SP PB modules will be lost.

Please take a full backup before performing any test so that you can revert back to your previous state if it doesn't solves the issue.
