The SP Weather Module is Not Working

Yesterday I activated an API key for the weather. I ran the test recommended by Open Weather support to see if it works, and everything is fine, but it still doesn't work on my site. I get this error message: Please make sure that your allow_url_fopen or cURL is enabled. Also, make sure your API key and location are correct. Verify your location from here: https://openweathermap.org/find

What can I do to make the API key work correctly on my site?
