We'd like to display our categories with images, and when clicked, the subcategories open underneath. We've seen it on Amazon. Which add-on makes this possible? Or do you even have a template?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a native template or SP Page Builder addon that directly supports displaying categories with images that expand to reveal subcategories underneath, similar to the Amazon functionality you described.
