We're using a Sandbox Auth.net account but always get AuthorizeNet Error.

Is EasyStore Auth.net plugin correctly pointing to Sandbox URL?

Hello Sygnifi Networks,

Thank you for reporting this. Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the AuthorizeNet error.

To help resolve this issue efficiently, would you be willing to grant me temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to investigate the error directly.

Before you provide the credentials, I highly recommend creating a full backup of your site to ensure your data is safe.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Upon reviewing your issue, I found that the credentials you provided are incorrect. However, even when testing your site with our valid credentials, the integration still does not work. Our tests confirm that the credentials function perfectly on our testing environment.

Further investigation revealed that your server is blocking Authorize.Net API calls, resulting in HTTP 403 errors for the following endpoints:

Please contact your hosting provider and request them to whitelist these URLs to allow communication with Authorize.Net services.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
