2 Pop-ups In Chronological Order do Not Work

When I activate a pop-up, everything works fine. When I activate a second pop-up, which is supposed to be displayed after the first one, no pop-up is displayed. Only when I deactivate the second pop-up does it work again. However, it should work with both pop-ups active so that I don't have to worry about the transition.

I was very busy and couldn't respond promptly. The pop-up campaign is already over and the pop-ups have been deleted.
