Hoe can I insert a Meta Pixel in a single page made with SPB.

remember that if you have RSFirewall, first add your IP as trusted (whitelist), otherwise your Pixel code will be damaged like that <s-cript>

In general SPPB is component and works only in component area,
so you need extra extension that allows you to add custom code in <head> on selected menu item only.
From Helix Ultimate Template Options you can add code that will work on whole site. But that is simple solution that should help you.
- Make Template Style "Duplicate",
- Add pixel code in Template Options > Custom Code > In Head,
- Save changes (Save & Close)
- Assign that template to selected menu item where it must be used.
Then Joomla will load that Template style on that page (whatever is SPPB or other component).
